smartmove was designed as a seamless mobility platform, providing flexible, cost-effective vehicle access without ownership. It enables businesses, municipalities, and hospitality providers to efficiently manage fleets, optimize resources, and enhance mobility services.
Smartmove aimed to address common mobility challenges, such as high vehicle ownership costs, underutilized fleets, limited access to shared transport, and the inefficiencies of traditional rental models. By offering a connected and digital-first approach, smartmove bridges the gap between demand and accessibility in modern mobility ecosystems.
Timeline Requirements
The goal for the Hotsource team over 12 months was to conduct scoping workshops, define the project scope, and deliver the completed application to the Apple Store. After its launch, the application continues to be developed and supported by Hotsource.

The demand for flexible and affordable mobility is rising, yet existing solutions fall short in providing seamless access to shared vehicles. Businesses and cities face inefficiencies in fleet utilization, while users struggle with limited availability and inconvenient booking processes. Without a streamlined approach, mobility remains costly, fragmented, and inaccessible to many who need it most.
