About the project
remapp was designed as a mobile app that connects tenants and landlords. The goal was to create a user-friendly platform on which owners could easily list their properties or individual rooms and tenants could search, book and communicate in one place.
remapp has set itself the goal of eliminating general frustrations on the rental market, such as outdated offers, inefficient communication and limited booking transparency.

Timeline Requirements
The app had to be put into operation within 8 months in order to be ready for rental at the start of the main season and thus ensure maximum effect at the start.
Problem Statement
The rental market, particularly for short-term stays and residential communities, is often characterized by fragmented processes. Owners struggle with inefficient platforms and time-consuming inquiries, while tenants struggle with incomplete property details and unclear booking conditions.
Challenges
Before developing Remapp The customer was confronted with the following specific hurdles:
For landlords: The lack of an intuitive platform to create and manage ads for their rooms or properties.
For tenants: Difficulties in comparing listings, unreliable booking confirmations and limited communication options.


In collaboration with the customer, we developed a mobile app that bridges the gap between tenants and owners and offers important features:
- A smart tool to create ads for owners, with photo uploads, pricing guides, and appointment availability.
- Search and filter options for tenants, with whom they can find properties by location, budget and equipment.
- Integrated booking function to implement the rental process, from request to confirmation.
